Pork fillet (you can take a shoulder blade, neck or ham) cut into one layer, beat off a little, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, Provencal herbs and paprika. We put the oven 180 degrees.

Lubricate the prepared fillet with mayonnaise (½ part) and add thin slices of pork ham on top.

Minced pork with finely chopped onion and garlic, add salt, ground pepper and evenly distribute on slices ham.

We turn pork with ham, minced meat and celery into a roll, tie with twine, grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with Provencal herbs (can be replaced with any seasoning to taste).

Put the prepared pork roll into a mold, pour water (½ cups) and put in the oven for 90-100 minutes at 180 degrees, until covered with a brown crust. Fragrant pork roll with celery take out, free from twine, cut carefully into pieces and immediately serve.
