Halibut in crispy breading with chard in the oven

The peculiarity of this tasty and juicy fish is that it is baked in the oven, and the crust turns so crispy, as if it were fried on in the pan. It’s all about the terrific breadcrumbs of panko crackers (they themselves crispy than regular breadcrumbs), mixed in butter with greens, lemon zest and shallots. Press the breading to a small halibut filet mayonnaise, put the fish on the fried on pan chard and put all together baked in the oven. Since the dish is first cooked on the stove and then baked in oven, you will need to choose the appropriate universal pan.
