- 450 gr flank beef
- 4 pits without a cavity inside

- 3 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp dried mint (optional)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and ground pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. natural yogurt with a fat content of 2%
- 1 sliced rings 1 cm thick. Luke

- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 bunch of coarsely chopped watercress

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, peppermint (if used), oregano, paprika, tea a spoonful of salt and pepper to taste. Fry grilled pepper, onion and meat, turning once, until characteristic stripes, approximately 4 min. on each side for vegetables and 4-8 minutes on each side for meat (depending on thickness). Let stand for about 5 minutes. Fry pitas until streaks appear, about a minute on each side. Cut the steak across the fibers. Put meat, baked vegetables, fresh tomato and water in pitas cress. Pour in yogurt sauce.
