Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr cooked turkey, white and red meat
- 450 gr diced ham
- 160 gr butter
- 3/4 Art. wheat flour
- 1/4 Art. melted fat from bacon
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 8 tbsp. chicken broth
- 450 gr canned tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp. l filet powder (ground dried shrub leaves sassafras)
- 1 tbsp. l chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. l salt and pepper
- 1 tsp crushed dried hot chili peppers
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp ground bay leaves or 3 whole leaves
- 2 tbsp. okra (okra) diced

Recipe preparation:
