Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. small okra fruits (cut off the upper and lower ends and cut into slices 0.5 cm thick.)
- 225 gr. diced fish with thick flesh (e.g. sea bass, golden bass or monkfish)
- 225 gr. medium sized peeled and chopped shrimp
- 450 gr peeled crayfish tails
- 225 gr. fresh crab meat cleansed from shell and cartilage pieces
- 1/4 Art. vegetable oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. peeled and peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. l chopped garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- Creole seasoning (see recipe below)
- 2 l fish stock
- Filet powder (ground dried leaves of sassafras shrub) taste
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped green onions (green parts only)
- A little hot sauce
- 4 tbsp. cooked warm long grain white rice
Creole seasoning:
- 2.5 tbsp. l paprika
- 2 tbsp. l salt
- 2 tbsp. l garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. l black pepper
- 1 tbsp. l onion powder
- 1 tbsp. l cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. l dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. l dried thyme

Recipe preparation:
- Place a large saucepan over medium heat and pour into it butter. When the oil is warm, put okra. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Fry okra, stirring occasionally, 10-12 min. until most of the mucus disappears. Add the onion, celery, peppers and tomatoes. Salt and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, for 18-20 minutes, until the okra and other vegetables will not become soft and the mucus will not completely disappear.
- Add garlic and bay leaves. Season chopped diced fish aromatic essence. Put the fish to the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes Add fish stock. Bring fluid to boil and reduce the heat so that it boils slightly. Cook 15 min
- Sprinkle shrimp and crayfish with Creole essence. Put flavored seafood and crab meat in a pan. Add filet powder and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Add green onions and spicy sauce. Remove the bay leaves and serve with rice. Creole seasoning: Mix everything thoroughly Ingredients.
