Grilled Zucchini with Garlic and Herbs

If you have at hand a ready-made mixture for making sauce with garlic and herbs, you can fry amazingly delicious with it zucchini. Vegetables are cut into thin circles, fried in olive oil along with shallots and garlic and then brought to prepared in garlic sauce with herbs. Serve the zucchini to meat dishes and enjoy their rich and spicy vegetable вкусом. Photo of Roasted Zucchini with Garlic and Herbs Time: 15 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 large or 3 medium zucchini sliced in thick circles 0.5 cm
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2/3 Art. vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp. l mixes for sauce with garlic and herbs (preferably Knorr)
  • 2 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive butter. Add zucchini, shallots and garlic. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the squash is soft.
  2. Slowly stir in the vegetable broth. Then mix in the mixture for sauce and parsley. Simmer for 1.5-2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
