Sausages
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 0.9 kg smoked sausages or sausages chopped into pieces 1 bite size
- 3/4 Art. ketchup
- 3/4 Art. spicy mustard
- 1 tbsp. l hot sauce

Tart Corn Relish
- 2 ears of corn
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tsp ground zira
- 0.5 tbsp. chopped pickled sweet peppers piquant
- Half a small red onion, chopped
- 1/4 Art. finely chopped sweet pickled cucumbers
- 1/4 Art. chopped parsley
- 1 red jalapeno peeled seed and shredded
- 0.5 tsp Sahara
- Special equipment: 8-10 wooden skewers, soaked in water for about 20 minutes

Recipe preparation:
- Soak 8-10 wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to moderate heat and grease it with vegetable oil. Put sausages on skewers, leaving between each piece some space. Fry until slightly crisp, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Combine ketchup, mustard and hot sauce in a bowl. Serve to sausages for dipping.
- Serve the tart corn relish with sausages.

Tart Corn Relish:
Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Lubricate the corn 1 tbsp. l olive oil, sprinkle with zira, salt and pepper to taste. Fry until golden and toasted on all sides, 5-8 minutes, turning the ears as necessary.
- Combine the remaining 2 tbsp in a large bowl. l olive oil, piquant bell peppers, onions, pickled cucumbers, parsley, pepper jalapenos and sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut off corn kernels from the cobs and mix them with the religion. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
