Grilled pizza with shrimp and pesto sauce cilantro

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 sachet (7 g) dry active yeast (2 and 1/4 tsp)

Cilantro pesto sauce:

  • 3/4 Art. fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 Art. fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l pine nuts
  • 1/4 Art. grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Grilled Shrimp:

  • 16 large peeled and cut shrimps
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the yeast and 1/4 tbsp. warm water and leave for 5 minutes to check their activity. In a big bowl put 1 and 3/4 tbsp. flour and salt. Add the diluted yeast, the remaining water, oil and mix. Put the dough on surface dusted with flour and knead until smooth. Grease a large bowl of the remaining 1 tsp. butter, put the dough and turn it over so that it is covered with an oil film. Cover and put in a warm place so that the dough comes up (it should double in volume), by 1 – 1.5 hours
  2. Preheat the grill to a high temperature. When the dough rises, divide it in half. Divide each half by 2 ball. Roll each ball into a circle of 20 cm in diameter. Grease butter and grill until golden. Lay out on a few tablespoons of cilantro pesto sauce for each pizza, put slices of buffalo mozzarella on top, then 4 shrimps and garnish with parsley leaves. Put the pizza on the grill until the cheese will melt. Serve hot.
  3. Cilantro pesto sauce: Mix all the ingredients in the kitchen combine and beat until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste. Grilled Shrimp: Preheat grill to moderately high temperature. Lubricate each shrimp with oil, salt and pepper. Grill for 1-2 minutes. on each side or until ready (the shrimp will become dull and turn pink).
