Chicken legs
- 8 chicken thighs with skin and bones

- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 coarsely chopped large onion
- 3 coarsely chopped stalks of green onions
- 2 tbsp. l grated fresh ginger
- 4 chopped cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l brown sugar

- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Mango and Cilantro Relish
- 3 peeled and diced ripe mangoes

- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh oregano leaves
- 1 tbsp. l chopped green onion heads
- 3 tbsp. l lime juice
- 3 tbsp. l fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- In a food processor, mash all ingredients except chicken until almost homogeneous state. Prick the chicken with a fork to small holes formed. Put the chicken in a big shallow baking dish and rub the marinade into the meat. Cover form and refrigerate for 24-48 hours, depending on how rich the taste you want to get. Preheat the grill. Grill the chicken on each side for 5-6 minutes. or before readiness.
- Mango Relish: Mix Mango with the rest ingredients in a medium bowl and let stand at room temperature.
