Grilled halibut with mashed green peas and ricotta

  • 3 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 pack (280 gr.) Frozen green peas
  • 1/3 Art. ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Unsalted butter

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill (broiler). Cover the grill with foil and Preheat it for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grease carrots and onions 1 Art. l olive oil, salt and pepper. Grease the fish the remaining 2 tbsp. l olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Brush the paprika evenly over fish. Carefully remove the mold from the oven, put the fish in the center, and put onions and carrots around. Bake until the fish becomes golden and completely baked, 8-10 min.
