Grilled Chicken with Basil Sauce

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 chicken breasts with bones and skin
  • 3 chicken thighs with bones and skin
  • 2/3 Art. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. l lemon juice, an additional 1/4 tbsp.
  • 1.5 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. basil leaves
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a sealed bag, mix 1/3 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tbsp. l lemon juice, fennel seeds, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Add chicken and seal. Rewind giving marinade soak the meat. Leave in the refrigerator at least for 30 minutes (up to 1 day), periodically turning the chicken over.
