  1. Put yogurt, peeled kiwi, sorrel in a blender, cucumber syrup, peeled avocado, lemon juice. Green smoothie
  2. Add pre-scalded boiling water, and then cooled spinach, as well as a small amount of ice.
  3. Beat all the ingredients until smooth. Pour out mass into a glass and decorate with strawberries or some other berry. Green smoothie
