  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1/2 lemon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat a medium-sized frying pan on a moderately strong fire. Mix meat, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Put in butter in a frying pan, add olive oil and begin to roll small balls, “one bite”. Put balls in a pan over measure of formation.
  2. Fry the meatballs for 10-12 minutes, shaking periodically pan so that they are evenly browned on all sides.
