Greek meatballs in tomato sauce – a detailed recipe cooking. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 340 gr minced lamb meat
- 340 gr minced beef or veal
- 300 gr chopped tomato
- 1 chopped small onion
- A handful of chopped parsley
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. dry white wine
- 1/2 lemon

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat a medium-sized frying pan on a moderately strong fire. Mix meat, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Put in butter in a frying pan, add olive oil and begin to roll small balls, “one bite”. Put balls in a pan over measure of formation.
- Fry the meatballs for 10-12 minutes, shaking periodically pan so that they are evenly browned on all sides. Dessert the pan with wine, and cook until the wine is evaporated in half, about a minute. Add the tomatoes and cook 6-8 minutes Remove the pan from the heat. Serve in bowls and squeeze on Meatball juice of 1/2 lemon.
