  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 170 gr tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp. cheese mizitra
  • Serving options: With boiled rice or orzo paste

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sprinkle chicken with cinnamon, salt, pepper and saute from all sides. Reduce the heat to moderately strong, lay the bow and chopped garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
