  1. We turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees. Heat resistant mold grease with oil.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash it, cut into pieces 2.5-3 thick see. We clean the garlic, wash it, grind it with the help of a mill.
  3. Put the potatoes in a mold.
  4. In a separate container, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, salt, pepper, mix everything and water potatoes.
