  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • Juice 1 grilled lemon
  • Grilled Pita Cakes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Lubricate the cheese with olive oil and put on the grill, preheated to medium temperature, fry for 2 minutes. on each side to the appearance of stripes.
