  1. Grind flour with cold butter.

  3. Add eggs and sour cream and knead the dough. Collect it in a lump.
  4. If it’s not going to lump, then you need to add some more flour, 1-2 tablespoons.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Remove the smallest part in freezer, and most in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. For filling, wash and dry the lemons. Cut into pieces and remove the bones. Twist in a meat grinder.
  7. Mix the lemon mass with sugar and starch.
  8. Roll out the dough from the refrigerator a little more than the size of the mold and lay to the bottom, forming the sides.
  9. The shape is suitable with a diameter of 25-30 cm.
  10. Distribute the filling on the dough.
  11. For the top layer, grate the dough on a coarse grater freezers.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven 180º for about 1 hour, but in each Oven time can be different.
  13. Remove the cooled cake from the mold.
