  1. Cheese grate and mix.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 200 ml. water, add the cubes of cream oil and bring to a boil. Gouger with cheese
  3. Remove the stewpan from the stove, immediately add the flour and mix, to make a smooth dense dough.
  4. Beat the eggs slightly with a fork and add a little to the dough, stirring well each time. Gouger with cheese
  5. Add most of the cheese to the dough and mix thoroughly. We leave a little cheese for sprinkling.
  6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  7. We put the dough in a pastry bag and plant small balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
  8. Each ball is lightly sprinkled with cheese and sent to the oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
