- Cheese grate and mix.
- In a saucepan, heat 200 ml. water, add the cubes of cream oil and bring to a boil.
- Remove the stewpan from the stove, immediately add the flour and mix, to make a smooth dense dough.
- Beat the eggs slightly with a fork and add a little to the dough, stirring well each time.
- Add most of the cheese to the dough and mix thoroughly. We leave a little cheese for sprinkling.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- We put the dough in a pastry bag and plant small balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
- Each ball is lightly sprinkled with cheese and sent to the oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
