  1. Boil the noodles in a large amount of salted water, discard on a colander, let the water drain completely.
  2. Wash the goose carcass, dry with paper towels. Grate salt and ground pepper. Leave on the dish to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  4. Chop onions into small cubes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the onions and mushrooms. Add boiled noodles. Salt, pepper. Mix. Remove from heat.
  6. Stuff the goose carcass tightly with noodles. Stab holes toothpicks.
  7. Coat the carcass with butter and place on a baking sheet. Close foil. Put in the oven.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees under foil for 2.5 hours. Then remove the foil and bake for about an hour until ready, periodically pouring goose fat over the carcass to form golden crust.
