- We combine kefir, sugar, salt, sunflower oil.
- Mix yeast with warm water in another bowl. 5 minutes later connect with the first paragraph.
- Add flour and knead the dough. Cover cotton with a towel on 40 minutes. The dough should “grow” in half.
- While the dough rises, we make the filling: sausage and pepper cut into strips, tomatoes – slices, onions – half rings, three cheese on a fine grater.
- When our dough has “approached”, grease hands with oil and roll out layer.
- Lubricate the baking sheet with butter and spread the dough.
- Smear the dough with ketchup, spread a layer of sausage, pepper, tomatoes, olives, top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
