What a New Year without a Christmas tree, Olivier and the smell of gingerbread cookies on all House? I love to cook it at home on the eve of the holiday! It it turns out very soft, spicy and tasty.

  1. Sift flour, spices and soda, then mix everything.
  2. In a separate bowl, chop the butter and add sugar, all beat with a mixer. Drive the egg in and continue whisking. Add honey and mix.
  3. Pour half of our flour with spices into the same container and mix. Then add the remaining flour and mix.
  4. Sprinkle the surface with flour and knead the dough so that it does not stick to hands. Then put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and better at night.
  5. Roll out the rest of the dough into a thin layer and cut out the figures. Put the figures on a baking sheet covered with paper, observing the distance between them, as they will increase when baking.
  6. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
