  1. Dough. Mix the curd with vegetable oil, egg with a mixer, sugar, add sifted flour with baking powder and knead dough.
  2. Lubricate the mold (I have a diameter of 26 cm) with oil, roll out the dough, put in the form, make high sides and, while preparing the filling, refrigerate.
  3. Filling. We clean tangerines, divide into slices.
  4. Grind cottage cheese through a sieve or bring to uniformity using a blender.
  5. Beat softened butter, sugar and eggs with a mixer. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, baking powder, starch, zest and juice lemon, mix well.
  6. We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator, put the curd mass, on top we deepen the tangerine slices in the filling and bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for hours.
  7. If the top is too red, cover it with foil.
  8. Let the cake cool completely and only after that we serve table.
