Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/2 tbsp. cold water
- 1 and 3/4 Art. wheat flour plus some more for kneading
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 l low salt chicken stock
- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. l finely grated parmesan plus some more for decoration
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Optional equipment: pizza wheel

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized bowl with a wooden spoon, mix water, flour, eggs and salt. Put the dough on a clean cutting board. Sprinkle flour on both sides and roll into a long rectangle, about 30×5 cm in size and 0.3 cm thick. Pizza wheel cut the rectangle into strips 5 cm long and 0.5 cm wide.
