- 1.8 kg peeled potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp. bacon
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped onions
- Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Bring to a boil in a large pot of salted water potatoes and cook until soft. Do not digest. Drain and give cool the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into circles of approximately 0.5 cm. thick.
- In a large thick-walled cast-iron skillet, heat from bacon fat, add onions and potatoes and sauté over medium heat to golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
