  4. Knead the soft dough, cover with a film and remove in heat to one hour.
  5. An hour later, the well-risen dough is slightly crushed.
  6. Divide into large pieces and form buns, spread on baking sheet, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes on proofing.
  7. Press the head of peeled garlic, add 50 ml. vegetable oil.
  8. In each bun, make a hole with a finger and smear the surface buns with garlic mixture.
  9. Bake at 200 C • -30 minutes. Get your bearings the oven.
