I want to offer you an original version of the preparation of cutlets.   1. Cut the cheese into 6 flat bars.
  2. Wind the minced meat and add into it the pass through the press garlic. I have pre-cooked minced pork-chicken meat (for me like its consistency, as lean pork gives chicken breast softness and juiciness, in addition, such stuffing quickly getting ready). Salt the minced meat and mix well.
  3. Divide the minced meat into six parts, from each part form stick a ball into the inside of each resulting cutlet on a bar of cheese. Check that the mince completely covers the cheese, otherwise case the cheese is melted when cooking and the whole will flow out.
  4. Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with sunflower oil, with a silicone brush.
  5. Put prepared patties on a baking sheet. Put the cutlets in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve cutlets immediately while the cheese inside has a liquid consistency. A great addition to them will be a side dish of potatoes (my choice rustic potatoes) or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal.
