- Mix 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of warm water, add half a teaspoon tablespoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of dry yeast. Mix.
- Add 350 gr of flour and knead the dough. Grease it with sunflower oil and cover. Leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts. From each form a loaf.
- Put the loaves on paper and cover with a towel. Leave on 20 minutes.
- Grate the garlic, chop the greens and mix them with mayonnaise and sunflower oil.
- Make cuts with a knife on the loaves and put inwards stuffing.
- Lubricate the loaves with the egg and send to the preheated oven up to 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
