  1. To begin, cut the bread with rhombuses, not cutting to the end.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. With greens, tear off the leaves and chop them finely. Add to oil, mix.
  4. Grind the garlic through a press. Mix with butter. Salt on to taste.
  5. Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater.
  6. Cuts on bread fill with fragrant butter. Then put in deepening cheese.
  7. Wrap the bread in foil.
  8. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
