- Sift 2 types of flour into a bowl, baking powder, add salt and sahzam to taste.
- Add vegetable oil, water, knead the dough (if add water or oil). Put the dough in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Stuffing: mix cottage cheese with egg, sahzam, vanilla. An Apple peel and cut into slices.
