We’ll prepare at home an original cottage cheese biscuit to make achieve an interesting flavor combination. Nettle should be used young, spring, with soft leaves and high content vitamins. Tasty spring cake!

  1. Put the cottage cheese in a large bowl and knead with a fork. Add softened butter and 2 yolks. Mix.
  2. Pour flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Knead elastic dough, which can be rolled out with a rolling pin.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Rinse the nettles well, cut the leaves and chop finely. Add to cheese and mix.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
  6. To the remaining two proteins, beat another whole egg, beat in a small bowl.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  8. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease well with oil.
  9. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out two round layers 5 millimeters thick. Put them on a baking sheet.
  10. On the center of both layers, stepping back from the edges about 3 centimeters, put cheese with nettles. Put tomatoes on top. Pour the egg.
  11. Wrap up the free edges of the dough, partially covering stuffing. Grease the dough on top with an egg.
  12. Bake for 30 minutes.
