- Put the cottage cheese in a large bowl and knead with a fork. Add softened butter and 2 yolks. Mix.
- Pour flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Knead elastic dough, which can be rolled out with a rolling pin.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Rinse the nettles well, cut the leaves and chop finely. Add to cheese and mix.
- Cut the tomatoes into circles.
- To the remaining two proteins, beat another whole egg, beat in a small bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
