Brazilian saffron, lime and sugar caipirinha cocktail becomes even more refreshing frozen with a mixture of fresh mint and basil. Sugar syrup with herbs and lime whipped in a blender and frozen, and then mixed with alcohol, limeade concentrate (lime lemonade), fresh greens and lime zest. Bright flavors of mint, basil and lime surprisingly merge with each other and soften strong taste of cashews. - 1/3 Art. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint
- 3/4 Art. kashas
- 2/3 Art. frozen lime lemonade concentrate (from a can 360 ml.)

Recipe preparation:
- Peeler cut 2 wide strips of zest with lime. Cut lime cut in half; finely chop one half, and the remaining half cut into 4 slices for serving.
- Mix 1/3 tbsp. water with sugar and in a saucepan over medium heat bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Take off from the stove, add 0.5 tbsp. basil and mint and lime slices and let cool completely.
- Pour the greens syrup into a blender and beat until greens will be finely chopped (lime slices will still be slices). Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl. Freeze until received slush for about 2 hours.
- Mix kashasa, lime concentrate, lime zest in a blender, remaining basil and mint and frozen syrup. Add 5 tbsp. ice and whisk until a thick slushy mass is obtained; if necessary gradually add up to 1 tbsp. ice. Pour into glasses and garnish each serving with a wedge of lime.
