Fritata is an Italian omelet with various fillings. One of the simplest dishes that can be prepared from almost any incomplete ingredients, pouring them with an egg. Cook the frit from nutmeg pumpkin, which differs not only in a pleasant taste, but also high nutritional value. Mix boiled pumpkin with sweet pepper, green onion and chorizo sausage, which in combination with sweet pumpkin will give an interesting unusual taste, and fill everything beaten eggs. Recipe preparation:
- Place the wire rack in the upper third of the oven; warm up to 200 ° C.
- Put the pumpkin in a large microwave bowl and pour 1/4 Art. water. Salt and pepper. Cover with cling film and pierce several holes with a knife to allow steam to escape. Cook in microwave until tender, 8 minutes. Drain and blot dry pumpkin. In another large bowl, beat the eggs and 1/4 tbsp. water.
- In a medium-sized non-stick pan, heat over moderate heat 2 tbsp. l olive oil. Add chorizo and fry, stirring, until the sausage begins to brown, 3 minutes. Add pumpkin, bell peppers and garlic. Fry stirring occasionally until the pepper is soft and the pumpkin starts to brown, 5 minutes. Add onions and cook for 1 minute. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the mixture to a bowl with eggs and mix.
