  1. Rinse garlic and onion, peel, chop finely.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the garlic and onions until golden color (use a pan with a removable handle).
  3. Add finely chopped tomato, bell pepper, herbs, salt and pepper, mix everything and lightly fry.
  4. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper. The resulting mixture pour into a pan and sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater.
  5. Cook for several minutes, stirring slightly, then remove the handle frying pans and send to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C.
  6. After 15 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the fritatta for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with fresh vegetables (optional).
