- Rinse garlic and onion, peel, chop finely.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the garlic and onions until golden color (use a pan with a removable handle).
- Add finely chopped tomato, bell pepper, herbs, salt and pepper, mix everything and lightly fry.
- Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper. The resulting mixture pour into a pan and sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater.
- Cook for several minutes, stirring slightly, then remove the handle frying pans and send to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C.
- After 15 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the fritatta for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with fresh vegetables (optional).
