- In a deep bowl we mix eggs, milk, salt and spices. Beat the mixture with a mixer.
- Fry the ham and bell pepper in a pan, previously cut into cubes.
- Add spinach to the pan and fry with pepper and ham.
- Pour the eggs into the mixture and fry for 2-4 minutes.
- Until the scrambled eggs grasp, spread the mozzarella on top and Cherry tomatoes.
- We send our frit to the oven (180 degrees) for 12-15 minutes.
- Decorate the finished frittat with chopped onions.
