Difficulty: Easy To recipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 zucchini, cut into bars
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 Art. water
  • 1/2 tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 Art. breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • 12 balls of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Marinara sauce (recipe see here) and lemon wedges for filing

Recipe preparation:

  1. Beat eggs and water in a deep bowl. Shuffle breading crackers and parsley in another dish, salt. In a separate dish pour out flour. Roll zucchini slices in flour, then dip in eggs, and bread. Roll 12 balls in the same way boconcini mozzarella.
  2. Heat olive oil in a deep pan to medium temperature. Put a small batch of zucchini and mozzarella in heated oil, and deep-fried until golden brown, 2 – 3 min. at both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Serve fried deep-fried zucchini and mozzarella with spicy marinara sauce.
