Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 zucchini, cut into bars
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 Art. water
- 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 Art. breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 12 balls of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- Marinara sauce (recipe see here) and lemon wedges for filing

Recipe preparation:
- Beat eggs and water in a deep bowl. Shuffle breading crackers and parsley in another dish, salt. In a separate dish pour out flour. Roll zucchini slices in flour, then dip in eggs, and bread. Roll 12 balls in the same way boconcini mozzarella.
- Heat olive oil in a deep pan to medium temperature. Put a small batch of zucchini and mozzarella in heated oil, and deep-fried until golden brown, 2 – 3 min. at both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Serve fried deep-fried zucchini and mozzarella with spicy marinara sauce.
