Fried spinach with garlic

The easiest and fastest way to cook delicious spinach is to fry it with garlic in olive oil, adding only salt from spices and black pepper. Keep in mind that the recipe uses coarse salt. Recipe preparation:

  1. Rinse the spinach in cold water so that it is very clean. Dry it in a salad dryer, leaving only a few leaves drops.
  2. In a very large pot or cauldron, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic over medium heat for 1 minute, but it should not to fry. Add all the spinach, salt and pepper to the pan, mix with garlic and butter, cover and fry 2 minutes.
  3. Then remove the lid, increase the heat and fry the spinach yet minute, stirring with a wooden spoon, until it all fades. WITH put the spinach in a bowl with a slotted spoon, and put it on top butter, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sea or coarse salt. Serve the spinach hot.
