Ingredients for the recipe:
- 330 – 450 gr. small ravioli (with cheese and / or meat)
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1.5 tbsp. milk
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- Deep-frying vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce (see recipe here)
- Spread ravioli evenly on a baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes – 30 to harden.

Recipe preparation:
