Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 330 – 450 gr. small ravioli (with cheese and / or meat)
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1.5 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Deep-frying vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce (see recipe here)
  • Spread ravioli evenly on a baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes – 30 to harden.

Recipe preparation:
