Fried ravioli with italian herbs

From Italian ravioli, you can cook not only a hearty dinner, but and a delicious crispy appetizer with soft cheese filling. For this roll frozen ravioli breaded with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs with Italian herbs and deep-fried until golden brown. Recipe preparation:

  1. In a cauldron over moderate heat, heat 10 cm of vegetable oil to a temperature of 175 ° C on a deep fat thermometer.
  2. Prepare the breading area, sorting them separately shallow bowls of eggs, flour and breadcrumbs. Salt crackers and pepper. When working with one piece at a time, dip frozen ravioli in the egg mixture, then roll in flour, dip in egg mixture and, finally, bread in breadcrumbs. Put on a plate and repeat the same with the remaining ravioli.
  3. Fry the ravioli in batches until golden brown, with turning them over and making sure that they don’t overflowed the pan or did not lie lapped, about 2 minutes. Spread the finished ravioli on a paper towel.
  4. Sprinkle hot ravioli with grated cheese and fresh parsley. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
