Recipe preparation:
- Cut the pork: cut a piece along the middle, leaving about 1.2 cm at the base. Open the meat like a book and press down lightly with your hands. Then cover with cling film and beat off with the flat side of the hammer or with a pan until the meat is will become 1.2 cm thick.
