  1. Cut the mushrooms and fry in a pan.
  2. Cut the ham into small cubes. Add to mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Chop the greens finely.
  5. Beat eggs slightly, add cheese and greens.
  6. Pour the mixture of mushrooms with ham, cook, stirring, yet 5 minutes. Salt, pepper.
  7. Roll out the dough. Make small cuts on the sides.
  8. Put the filling in the center. Braid the pigtail.
  9. Grease with a beaten egg and bake in preheated to 190 degrees oven 25 min.
  10. You can eat hot for breakfast, or refrigerate and serve as a snack. Enjoy your meal!
