  1. Wash the tomato and cut into cubes.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. We put a small part of cheese on then.
  3. Cured meat is cut into small cubes.
  4. We cut off the top of the buns and take out the crumb.
  5. In a bowl, mix tomato, meat, cheese. Add spices and herbs to taste, mix everything. The jerky is quite salty, therefore, I do not add salt.
  6. We spread the resulting mixture in each bun, leaving a place for the egg.
  7. In each bun, gently break the egg.
  8. Cover with a bread “lid”. Wrap with foil and send in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Foil is needed for so that the roll does not turn into a cracker.
  9. We take out the buns, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. We ship to open in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
