- Wash the tomato and cut into cubes.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater. We put a small part of cheese on then.
- Cured meat is cut into small cubes.
- We cut off the top of the buns and take out the crumb.
- In a bowl, mix tomato, meat, cheese. Add spices and herbs to taste, mix everything. The jerky is quite salty, therefore, I do not add salt.

- Cover with a bread “lid”. Wrap with foil and send in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Foil is needed for so that the roll does not turn into a cracker.
