Fried Chicken Rice Balls – A Detailed recipe cooking. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. with white rice top
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp. chicken stock or water
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 1 tsp salt (by eye)
- Peeled and chopped ginger root 2.5 cm long.
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l black sesame seeds (can be replaced with fried white seeds), plus 1 tbsp. l toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 Art. honey
- 1/2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 4 thinly chopped stalks of green onions
- 2 tbsp. water

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill pan or regular large frying pan in moderately high heat. Boil in a small saucepan with a lid. water. Put butter, salt and rice in a pan. Again bring the water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover pan lid. Simmer for 18 minutes. and take the rice off fire. Open the lid and let the rice cool slightly. Shape out rice balls with ice cream spoon and hands. If the rice is sticky, moisten your hands with water. Put rice balls on a plate and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
- While rice is cooking, bring the chicken stock to a boil by setting into him ginger. Add honey. When the honey dissolves in the broth, add teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Reduce the fire to weak.
- Meanwhile, cook the chicken in teriyaki honey sauce. Lubricate the chicken with a little oil, salt and pepper. Put it on a hot grill and fry for 6 minutes. with one sides. Turn the chicken over and generously grease the honey teriyaki with using a culinary brush. Sauté the chicken for 4 minutes, again turn over and grease again with sauce, then cook 2 more мин. - While the chicken is roasting on the other side, peel and cut ripe pineapple in 8 pieces. To do this, cut the top and bottom of the pineapple.
