Fresh Cucumber Salad

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 peeled and diced long seedless cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. (1/4 melon) chopped into small cubes of nutmeg melons
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 1/4 chopped thin half rings red onion heads
  • 1 minced jalapeno peppers (remove seeds)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place a fine-mesh strainer on a bowl and place the cucumber in it and melon. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and let stand for 5 minutes. Wring out how more fluid is possible. In a serving bowl, mix the cucumber and melon with yogurt, onions and peppers. Cover and refrigerate not less than 1 hour or before serving.
