- Coarse salt
- 2 tbsp. greek yogurt
- 1/4 chopped thin half rings red onion heads
- 1 minced jalapeno peppers (remove seeds)

Recipe preparation:
- Place a fine-mesh strainer on a bowl and place the cucumber in it and melon. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and let stand for 5 minutes. Wring out how more fluid is possible. In a serving bowl, mix the cucumber and melon with yogurt, onions and peppers. Cover and refrigerate not less than 1 hour or before serving.
