Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp. l kirsha (cherry brandy)
- 450 gr chilled brie cheese
- 1 clove of garlic, cut in half
- 1 tbsp. dry champagne
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1 baguette, cut into cubes, cut so that each a piece had a crust

Recipe preparation:
- Combine corn starch with cherry brandy. Cut chilled brie into small pieces.
- Grate the stew with a clove of garlic, add champagne and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Reduce the fire to minimum and mix with brie cheese. Add the corn mixture starch and mix for a couple of minutes until the mixture becomes homogeneous and thick. Pour the cheese mixture into the fondue bowl, set over a fire and season with white pepper. Serve with diced bread on fondue forks.
