  1. Pour the porridge into a deep bowl, pour hot water and then beat in a blender for 30 seconds.
  2. Then put a banana and beat for 20 seconds. Then add maple syrup and beat for another 5-10 seconds.
  3. Dice the peach for decoration.
  4. Put the porridge on a plate, garnish with peach on top and blueberries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or vanilla.
