- Cut the fish fillet into medium pieces, put in a bowl, marinate with lime juice, salt, pepper, add spices to taste, mix, set aside for half an hour.
- Put the pickled pieces of fish on foil paper, top with a layer of circles of carrots.
- Pour onion sliced in half rings into carrots, part chopped greens (leave the rest for the finished dish).
- Wrap each piece tightly in foil, lay in a mold for baking. Remove the form in the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature 180 degrees.
- Put the prepared pieces of fish on portioned plates, top lay a layer of stewed vegetables, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
