  1. Clean fish, gut, wash (leave your head).
  2. Wash, dry, chop greens.
  3. Pass the garlic through the press.
  4. Wash the lemon, grate the zest, squeeze the juice.
  5. For marinade – in a bowl combine oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, zest, salt, pepper, stir well.
  6. Marinate the fish, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  7. Place the pickled fish in a baking dish. Put in oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
