- Fry onions in vegetable oil.
- Cut potatoes and tomatoes into slices, salt and mix. We do not cut the fish in large pieces, but grate the cheese on grater.
- Now we lay out everything in layers: half potatoes, fish, salt, pepper, sour cream, fried onions, tomatoes, potatoes, a little sour cream, cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200º.
- At the end, you can remove the foil to make the cheese brown.
