Yes, yes, exactly the cake! ? Festive, hearty, tender and very delicious. I highly recommend to please yourself and your guests. Having cooked at home once, you will cook it constantly.;) Such the original cake is suitable for any celebration, especially New Year. (I used a double portion of all products).

- First, let’s take a test. Melt margarine in a water bath.
- Pour kefir.
- Pour soda, sugar and salt. Mix.
- Slowly we begin to pour in the flour, mix and knead the soft dough.
- Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and let it “rest” about half an hour.
- In the meantime, we will prepare the filling.
- Boil eggs, peel and grate on a grater. Mix with mayonnaise.
- Grate cheese and mix with mayonnaise.
- Put the fish in a plate and knead with a fork.
- We divide the dough into six equal parts.
- We roll each part into a cake, put on a silicone mat and send to the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. (depends on your oven)
- So bake all six cakes. Cut the cakes in the desired shape (I have d = 26 cm)
- Let’s start collecting our cake. Put the first cake on the tray and put the cheese filling.
- Put the second one on top and spread the fish filling.
- Put the third cake on top and lay out the egg filling.
- The remaining cakes are also repeated: cake + cheese, cake + fish, cake + egg.
- We got such a beautiful cake. Allow to soak for at least 3 hours, it is better to leave overnight. You can decorate as desired.
