  1. Heat the milk to 38 degrees.
  2. Mix milk, sugar and yeast, remove in a warm place, while will not foam.
  3. Beat the yolk with softened butter (30 gr.), add salt, flour, prepared yeast and knead the dough. We cover the finished dough and put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  4. For the preparation of filling-spreads, we take butter 50 gr., 3-4 tbsp. l sugar and cinnamon, mix everything until smooth consistency.
  5. We set the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet oil.
  6. We knead the dough with our hands, roll it into a layer about a thickness centimeter. Coat the dough with a sweet creamy spicy spread and twist tightly into a roll. Estonian pastries
  7. Cut the roll lengthwise into 2 identical strips, leaving one the end is whole. Twist the 2 parts of the roll with a spiral and connect ends in a ring. Estonian pastries
  8. We shift the resulting ring onto a baking sheet, grease the remaining sweet creamy spicy spread, bake in the oven 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. 5-10 minutes before Ready temperature can be reduced to 180 degrees.
